Yes, our warehouse is in Newcastle, NSW.

No, Aleemahs is online only, however if you are in the Newcastle, NSW area you can organise to pick up your order.

Aleemahs no longer provides wholesale accounts.  

We try to limit the amount of packaging we use and pack multiple gross crystals into a single bag.  The total weight of the single bag will be equal to the number of gross ordered, multiplied by the weight per gross.  For example, 1 gross (approx 144 individual crystals) of Crystal Flatback weighs 7grams.  If you ordered 3 gross, you will have a total of 21 grams in the bag.

Just place another order and select Local Pickup as your delivery option.  Send us an email or message via the website and we’ll combine both orders into a single delivery.  If you’ve paid for shipping multiple times, we’ll refund the extra costs so you only pay for one.

Shipping Information

We try to have orders that we receive before noon shipped same day, or if not, the following business day. 

We use Australia Post for all our shipping.  Australia Post Australian Domestic delivery times can be found here.  International delivery times can be found here.

First, track where your package is here, using the tracking number you received when your order was shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for credit or refund as long as the goods are returned safely to us in same condition within 14 days.
